iQ Academy serves grades K through 12, featuring acclaimed, engaging curricula rooted in decades of educational research. It offers comprehensive lessons and assessments to ensure that students achieve success at every level.

iQ Academy originally developed a curriculum for grades 7–12. Now, we offer a full-time option for grades K–6 as well, with a curriculum developed by K¹². These curricula share a tradition of excellence as well as high levels of satisfaction. What's more, they meet or exceed California state standards.

The iQ Academy curriculum for grades 7–12 brings subject areas to life with dynamic lessons in all core subjects, including the AP levels, as well as a wide range of career-oriented electives. Students interact with teachers in online class sessions, as well as receiving one-to-one guidance when the need arises.

While students need to keep pace to complete lessons on schedule, there is a lot of flexibility in terms of how a student can manage his or her time. This allows students to study at the times that work best for them, or—for instance—schedule their schooling around a job or sports commitment.

For grades K–6, iQ Academy, in partnership with K¹², offers a rich mixture of online and offline teaching tools, including interactive animations, award-winning printed books with beautiful illustrations and narrative, original CDs and videos, and materials for hands-on experiments.

Lessons are followed by assessments, so you can be sure that your child has mastered a particular area before moving on. Our individualized approach means your child can go as fast or slow as needed. The online assessments are integrated with the planning and progress tools, making it easy to find the right pace by subject and to stay on track.
